Winter Term: In this 4th week of the term we focus on our calves, our second heart, and our feet in order to feel how these body parts influence our whole being.
Winter is a season of darkness and this winter feels a bit darker for so many reasons. Taking from the teachings of Ayurveda and so many other great teachings and minds we will balance this darkness with lightness. We will work towards a sense of physical, mental, and emotional lightness within each week.
