Fall Term: In week 12, we experience how our gaze is connected to all of our movements and the trickle down impact it has on our whole being.
Fall brings many changes and can often be unpredictable as we settle into new routines, adapt to the changing light, and shift from a season of growth to a season of letting go. This term we will dive into each area in more depth with an overall theme of grounding starting from the hips and moving our way through the body to the feet, core, shoulders, and head/neck.
