Spring Term 1: In this 6th week of the term we focus on exploring playful patterns.
Spring is a time for renewal and rebirth; this year we have much to be hopeful for. With this sense of hope, renewal, and rebirth, we will focus on play, exploration, curiosity, and freedom of movement. We will focus on more experiential, embodied work for a bottom up influence on our mind and emotions.
