Yoga Exploration

In this all levels class you will be guided into your body and the present moment by navigating the 8 limbs of yoga. In this series we focus on the 5 senses as you journey through a variety of yoga poses (asana) and breathing styles (pranayama), along with weaving in some ethical practices for social relations and self care (yamas and niyamas), concentration (dharana) and meditation (dhyana). Props and imagery will also be used to increase the clarity of your body map, along with corrective exercise to address imbalances.
