Discover your body's superpowers of breathing and movement by accessing your respiratory diaphragm. The respiratory diaphragm is the primary muscle of breathing and is a pivotal muscle for core function and spine health. These short lunch break classes will be a blend of energizing and restorative with the goal of increasing self-regulation of stress and movement by tapping into the diaphragm's superpowers. Class will be chair based so is accessible for all, no other equipment is needed.
