Mobility & Movement

If you prefer to only take Mobility & Movement classes this is your hub!

Work through guided release work followed by a variety of movements to get your joints, muscles and fascia hydrated - leave feeling energized and at ease. Each class will include joint ROM (range of motion) drills, whole body movements, locomotion, and play. All levels welcome.

Practice at your own risk and always listen to your own body. This video is not meant to treat or diagnose; practice at your own discretion.
