Fall Term: In week 8, we focus on rooting and safety connecting to our deep front line and the roots of ourselves.
Fall brings many changes and can often be unpredictable as we settle into new routines, adapt to the changing light, and shift from a season of growth to a season of letting go. This term we will dive into each area in more depth with an overall theme of grounding starting from the hips and moving our way through the body to the feet, core, shoulders, and head/neck.
