Spring Term 1: In this 2nd week of the term we focus on rest, doing less, and creating space in our mind and body.
Spring is a time for renewal and rebirth; this year we have much to be hopeful for. With this sense of hope, renewal, and rebirth, we will focus on play, exploration, curiosity, and freedom of movement. We will focus on more experiential, embodied work for a bottom up influence on our mind and emotions.
