Spring Term 1 & 2

Spring Term 1: Spring is a time for renewal and rebirth; this year we have much to be hopeful for. With this sense of hope, renewal, and rebirth, we will focus on play, exploration, curiosity, and freedom of movement. We will focus on more experiential, embodied work for a bottom up influence on our mind and emotions.

Spring Term 2: This term we focus on equanimity - finding calm within regardless of what is happening outside of ourselves.

This includes Yoga Exploration, Breathe & Move Better, Mobility & Movement, and Mindful Roll Move classes.
