Work through guided release work paired with a variety of movements to get your joints, muscles and fascia hydrated - leave feeling energized and at ease. We will discover the inner world of our body and it's fascial structure starting with self-myofascial release techniques; followed by movements from yoga, Pilates, and fitness; and remain mindful using our breath, imagery, and intention setting. All levels welcome.
