Fall Term: In week 11, we make our way to the shoulders and try to release tension that we hold in our shoulders to allow our breath to have more space.
Fall brings many changes and can often be unpredictable as we settle into new routines, adapt to the changing light, and shift from a season of growth to a season of letting go. This term we will dive into each area in more depth with an overall theme of grounding starting from the hips and moving our way through the body to the feet, core, shoulders, and head/neck.
